Evers Pillow Monogram
By Margaret Land This alphabet is from page 106 of Margaret Land’s embroidery book Embellish With Embroidery (Sally Milner Publishing 2002). The letters are shadow stitched first then embellished with the silk ribbon rope stitch in a matching ribbon color. The “skinny” stitches that form the end curls are made using a 2 mm blue ribbon and the central “fatter” stitches are made with a 7mm blue ribbon. Reduce or enlarge the alphabet to your liking.
